Champagne Immersion Class, 6-8:30 pm, in the Antoinette Salon: We’re taking a deeeeep dive into Champagne, and will be tasting thru 10 different ones to learn about the variety of styles and techniques. Also, we’re making those bottles available for immediate sale at the end of class - you can leave (or stow away in your locker), with a mixed case of your favorites! Class Fee: $75 for members, $85 for non-members, 16 seats available.
