Join us for a uniquely complex geology lesson in the wines of Ancient Peaks. Jacob Fairchild will join us to showcase the 5 different soil types that ebb, flow & intermingle throughout the vineyard. Boasting a geological diversity that allows Ancient Peaks to grow the same grape varietals in different soil types, ultimately enhancing the texture and dimensions of resulting wines. Lite bites provided and rumor has it that Jacob will be opening a very special bottle from one of his other producers!!
